Install newfies dialer & freeswitch + customization

Hello, I would like someone to install the open source dialer software newfies dialer on a multi server platform for me, probably web server & database on one server and then 2 freeswitch servers... I would also like the code customized with a "do not call" function. My Requirements are: 1) When create new campaign, ability to load in do not call list to be excluded from that campaign, just like loading in the dial list. 2) Ability for campaigns to share the same DNC list. 3) ability for creation of multiple dnc lists and apply to different campaigns. 4) Feature for automatic addition to dnc list on key press transfer (if activated), realtime addition to DNC.
