web design needed

Hello I need a web design for a site I am currently making. I have a limited budget of £250 to pay for the design. I will need the following: -a homepage design -general layout/design for text based pages -layout for specific pages with specific functionality. I want the site in html with css - no flash. I don't want any dreamweaver menus either as I have to maintain the site. Knowledge of xslt a big advantage. I've never done this before so I don't know how this works. I have some sample sites that I like but design is an iterative process. What if it takes you ages to make a design I like? I suppose you must be used to that as designers. Please send me some samples of your work. I like clean sites, easy to navigate with no flash and nothing flashy. I belive in Keep It Simple. Please don't reply with some stock response that you send to everyone. Please answer my questions.
