Scraper to create a lyrics database of all Billboard Top 40 US Songs from the last X years

The database needs to be in text format, with 'Artist - Song Title' as the filename (.txt files are fine). I don't want anything extra in the text files - just the lyrics. Each section of the song (verse, chorus, bridge, etc) should be separated by an empty line. To be clear, I need every song that has ever been in the Top 40 Billboard list in the US, and I need to be able to adjust how many years it goes back. Top 40 list is calculated daily, so while there's a lot of songs that stay on the charts for many weeks, a scraper would be needed due to the number of songs that have charted. It's up to you how to and where to scrape the appropriate data - as long as the lyrics are as accurate as possible, and formatted correctly.
