Web Scrapping from an web app with smartcard login and recaptcha validation

This will be a Windows Application that will do a request to a Website that is authenticated using Smart Card with a PIN and a RECAPTCHA v3 resolution... after that, send a request for a search and web scrap the report page which is very simple: 2 tables (20 columns and a range from 0 to no more than 100 o 150 rows each) and about 20 different labels. It would be desireable to avoid user intervention (PIN and recaptcha), but It could work with user intervention (typing PIN and solving recaptcha v3). Data must be inserted into a Data Base SQL Server. The web application to be scrapped is ASP.NET with viewstate. So, steps: 1) Click in "RUN" button 2) Validate that SMART CARD is inserted 3) Open web app home page and select SMARTCARD certificate to request PIN if there is no a current session open 4) If RECAPTCHAV3 is enable, show it to the user to be solved 5) Create a request with 2 parameters to get report 6) Scrap report and store it in a SQLServer database table 7) Close Again.... if PIN and/or RECAPTCHA can be overriden/solved by the application, that is desireable, but not a requirement. It could be great if somehow the "RUN" button/function can be invoked from a Web Page ... so, from a webpage the process can be triggered in the windows app. Of course, the windows app must be installed in client computer to be triggered.
