572408 irater upgrade

*need irater teenzone layout intergrated into new irater template system (company does nto provide support for older layouts i also have a full working version of this layout) *need payment system fully automatic where i can create paid membership types and how much and option for recurring payment. is currently setup for gold membership which is currently all in MYSQL. *need a suspension option in admin end where i can suspend users and select how long they are suspended. *classifieds with backend for admin * permissions to set each feature per membership type plus how many photos and videos they are allowed. *option to create sub folders for pictures. also must be able to use ioncube encryption and decryption methods. or else you will be locked out of code. *fix any other issues you may find related to bugs or security.
