75117 Header Photoshop image to HTML

Please see attached image. I will supply photoshop or corel photopaint source file which needs to be broken up and turned into a header for a website. All image files need to be optimized for fast loading without losing much detail. The page MUST be laid out to be compatible to ALL browsers. The hard part about this project is that it needs to be scalable to 100% and look good for any screen size. Needs to be done ASAP.
