337805 Website Design Please

I would like a website made for me along the lines of [login to view URL] The website is a simple membership site. It does not have to have any fancy features. Basically A Home page, A FAQ page, A Sign up page and a Member Login. This will be a free membership site. I want the people who sign up taken into the members area where they can retrieve a referral link to promote and maybe some custom text to explain what to do. On the website I want two links. One for my business and one to sign up as a member of my website. When they enter the site they are given a replica site. A referral link to my website which they can use. I also need to be able to download all the members that signed up each day. Thanks
