HTML/CSS Help - Very Simple and Easy Job

I need help from someone that is proficient in HTML and CSS. I have a website that needs a button moved from the top of the screen to along side the menu. I just need the code to move it there, I will do everything else. It's a quick and easy job, most of the work is already done so the budget is low. Lowest bidders with guaranteed work and samples of what you can do will be given preference. I will send you a copy of one of the pages and a PSD image of where I want the button moved.
