Customized Word Press Theme and Install

I would like a Word Press Theme installed and customized. The theme is Europa. I will provide the site to be modeled after privately. This is a simple project for the right person. You will not have to insert any text. I will insert the text - I just need the layout, images and some plugins installed as they appear in the site I want to model after. The successful provider must be able to work with me via Skype or google chat. Any bids over my list price will not be considered.
