Education Site Design

I am going to outsource website of a small private college. It is teaching Mechatronic and Electrical Engineering as a partner of Tyndales College. The VP of that college said that he likes design like MIT website. I just want a homepage which I can base on to create new pages. Please use dummy texts for contents. If you want to use people images, use Asian people pics. Not Europeans or Westerners. And I'd like to convey the message of "TEAM" and "NEW CHANCE" in imageries of that website. I hope you can do it. This design must be finished within 3 days.
