Email HTML border

I will give you a jpeg picture and some text on notepad and you will simply hyperlink the picture to a URL I will give you and create an index file so that I can send the HTML code via email. I DO want some type of URBAN STYLE added to the eflyer..if you know how to add flash..that will be a plus...no plain stuff. I also want to be able to edit this HTML code. I know how to change the picture...I simply get another picture and rename it as the picture in code, but I want you to make editing the text portion of it as easy as 123 as well. Again I want a URBAN desin that will basically be used as the border of this email and to update this eflyer, I will simply change the picture and rewrite the text, but the border design will remain the same.
