Need someone to create a pop up subscribe button for homepag

I need someone to design me a good looking pop up window which appears as soon as people visit the website. It will be a simple pop up box with email address field and some text. But the design needs to be excellent. The purpose of the box will be to convert visitors to subscribers. This needs to be converted to CSS / HTML - which is cross browser also.
