PSD to CMS / HTML

Need PSD converted to CSS / HTML. 8 pages to be created with common header/footer. Simple image and text swaps for each page. 3 of those pages have tab-navigation on top right corner (like Studio, Yoga, Equipment - seen in sample file) Needs to utilize something like this: [login to view URL] for navigation. Will be hosted on Yahoo small business. Host has PHP capabilities. Must pass W3C validation and work in Safari, IE 6+ and Firefox. PM me for additional materials. Have detailed PSD file.
