Website Template Wanted

We are looking for a website template ( Graphics Only for now ) for [login to view URL] This website will deliver a weight loss coaching programme. The target audience is female but we do not want to alienate males. We are looking for a top class template of the standard of our main website [login to view URL] See attached pdf files to see a mockup of what we are looking for. Please do not use the graphics that are in the pdf's. These are only to show what we are looking for. Put “I Agree” into your bid to ensure that you have read this. Also please, please do not bid if you are not a top class designer. Preference will be given to anyone who submits a draft of the squeeze page with their bid.
