Project Description I am looking for an professional web guru who can convert PSD to CSS, HTML, or a WordPress web template. This person must be at the top of his game in this field and able to produce quick turnaround e.g. turn a 1 PSD web design into a CSS in a couple of hours. As I already have dealt with professionals in the Philippines previously and with great success I am inclined to work with anyone from this country first; however if you feel you are of the above and can be a good communicator and reliable then please apply. Hourly Rate I am looking for someone who can work on a hourly rate of between US$10-20 per hour. Hourly will be ultimately be decided on quality of applicants. Ongoing Work This is likely to be ongoing work as I always receiving inquiries for new work but have no time to do them myself.
