PSD to HTML & CSS Conversion for Mobile & Website

Hello, We are looking a person who is expert in conversion of any PSD to HTML/CSS and is good at photoshop and has an eye for design. You must optimally convert 61 PSD files to HTML for the same website with two different versions. There are 31 pages for 1024px by 768px design for the desktop version. There are 30 pages for 480px by 768px design for the mobile phone version. COMPULSORY *You MUST provide updates every two days on your progress via email with a link to view your work. *The Navigation menu needs drop down menus created using Jquery/Javascript (You get a drop down list when clicking on one of the navigation buttons). *The Background Image should stretch according to the resolution. *Your design should automatically detect up that a person is browsing via a mobile device and direct them to the correct site. OTHER DETAILS Your HTML code should be clean and CSS file(s) should be written with logical and meaningful class names with comment lines. *All text boxes/text sentences should be equal height and distance between lines. Pages have to be cross browser compliant. It should look consistent on desktop browsers like IE (7,8,9), Firefox, Safari, Mobile Safari(iPad), Opera, and Chrome as well as for iPhone and Android browsers.
