wordpress site/ content/ links/ seo all under one roof

hi there i have 2 to 5 projects in mind .. i am looking for some one who can make me a webiste in wordpress ... add web content such as web pages, videos, photos, adsense adchoices... and at the same time do back links for the keywords from the web content ... including homepage, site map, disclaimer, privicy policy, .... i will provide the domain names , topics and keywordsand artciles should be written containing them keywords... i have hosting and domians ready but my budget is very low i am am mainly doing this google ads,.... kind regards Abdul
