E-Commerce Website Revisions osCommerce

We have an online sporting goods retail storefront website that needs some revisions. We currently have an osCommerce platform with .php programming. We have unsuccesffuly hired on several designers in the past, and we are tired of people giving us a bid on a project and then complaining after the project has started that there is too much work and not enough money. We are looking for a well-qualified web designer with experience in osCommerce (preferably with eCommerce stores) that can get the job done on-time, efficiently, and within our budget. We have a list of 7 major tasks that we need done to our site: 1) Currently only six products are viewable per page, with no option to view more at once of arrange in any way. We'd like the option to view: 12-24-36-by brand-all; as well as sort by: alphabetical a-z, alphabetical z-a, price: lowest-highest, price: highest-lowest. 2) Set up Credit Card processing via QuickBooks Merchant Services. Previous designer did incomplete job. 3) Add coupon option in the first stage of the checkout process. Previous designer did incomplete job. 4) Change current appearance of all product boxes (see file "product box") * remove "our price" * add msrp price option * add color option * add size option 5) Redesign category menus - currently in the left navigation menu, would like to have top-drop-down menus instead of left side, or at least a better-designed left navigation menu. 6) Option to 'add-on' similar products during checkout process (i.e. if someone is buying a skateboard, would you like to add-on a helmet or elbow pads to your order, etc). 7) Restrict flash images to appear on homepage only - currently set to show up on ALL web pages.
