Putting Godaddy ssl cert on plesk 7.5 server

I have an ssl at [login to view URL] on the payment page ( on left menue of home page) . I have renewed the cert at godaddy and need to put it on my host account that uses the plesk 7.5 server. I have generated the cert and keys, but trying to install it always has a key mismatch. Support at my host ( who is week in this area) says I need to generate the keys first and take to godaddy to then generate the csr so the key matchs. I don't see how this connects. Also the plesk instructions for installing godaddy certs refers to their cert [login to view URL], but the ones they gave me are gd_intermediate and gd_cross intermediate so I'm confused. I need someone who will tell me the exact procedure to generate and install an update, or a new one. Please do not reply if you do not already know how to do this. I don't want to spend time helping someone figure this out. The first person to give me instructions that work will be selected and paid. Future work will be needed too.
