HTML design from themeforest template

We are looking for building a HTML design for a petrol pump management software with sales, hr and accounting. The main concept behind this project is to save costs, so we would like to utilize HTML elements from the Admin template, which we will share with you. The theme can be found on ThemeForest at this link: [login to view URL] We have already developed mockup which will give you the idea of the screens which is around 20. To save costs and time, we are interested in utilizing the existing HTML elements from the Admin template that we have already purchased. We believe that this will allow us to complete the project more efficiently without sacrificing the quality of the final product.
