Hello there We have installed ckan data portal system from [login to view URL] we have kept two languages Arabic and English We Need the following: 1- Creating nice Design and Theme for CKAN 2- Making it responsive CSS/HTML in mobile 3- Making the site flip between LTR(EN) and RTL(AR) 4- Our language customization: When change the language to AR 1- To be able to see full content in AR [datasets,groups,orgnization] with admin content entries not a translation so datasets are same but title and other details change also in home the content change: a. The customization of the DB fields to have Arabic and English organization names b. The customization of the DB fields to have AR and EN datasets names c. The customization of the DB fields to have AR and EN datasets descriptions d. The customization of the DB fields to have AR and EN groups names e. The customization of the DB fields to have AR and EN groups description f. One CKAN instance only with one login option to both languages AR and EN g. Adding a form of enquires to CKAN When Back to English the above will be back to EN The AR and EN values has to be entered from single screen. Thanks and Regards
