Need real estate site designed with similar features like www.weichert.com. I already have the template for the project (will supply photoshop file, or html with images). Key features - Search - Visitors should be able to search by fields such as city, zip, mls #, agency internal #, type of property, agent etc - Main page should have a way to search by city, zip, MLS/agency # and price range (like [login to view URL]) but the search page would offer the other extra search features - Visitor should be able to search only properties listed by this agency, or also other mls properties based on that search critiria (like [login to view URL]) - Agency should be able to add their own locations, modify, and add photos thourgh a web based control panel - Some of the properties fields should be visible only to the agent (such as address) when they are logged in, but not to the user visiting the site - Property details page should have a Link to 3rd party mapping software, like Yahoo MapsTM , email this property link, links to area info page, schools details page etc - From main page you should be able to click on a link to view all agents. Each agent profile should have their details, photo and a link to a list of properties they are the listing agent for. - Back end control panel should have different user levels to control who can update or add properties - List of sold properties with capability to list agent that sold the property (in case its different from listing agent) - Unlike [login to view URL], this agency is only on one state, so we do not need the multi state capabilities Please review and if you have any questions please contact me.
