Redesign of Homepage of a legal related website

I am looking for a new layout for my home page on legalhelp(dot)org I would like all the colors to stay the same but have new graphics and give it a more professional look. Here is what I would like to see on the home page. 1. The "Ask a legal quesiton" box that you currently already see there 2. At least 1 google ad (250x250) or (300x250) 3. A search box for lawyers (can search by ketword, category, location, miles) - E.g. - [login to view URL] (you can make this horizonal or vertical depending on which looks better) 4. Icons/Images for free legal forms, legal dictionary/legal resources 5. A clean way to display "Legal Issues" 6. A clean way to display attorneys by location and area of law - E.g. - [login to view URL] 7. Image for a free case review (banner size, 200x200, 250x250) - something like [login to view URL] but not specific to debt, or [login to view URL] 8. Towards the bottom of the site (could be in 3 columns), display the 3 most Recent Articles, 3 most Recent Blog Posts, 1 or 2 most Recent Videos Samples of professional designs: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] IMPORTANT: 1. Show me samples of your previous work 2. If you can code/slice the design in html/css, let me know the price for the design with and without coding it
