We offer a 4 week wellness program built on a Chatfuel chat bot and published on FB messenger. Facebook have changed how Messenger works and now we can't guarantee that our subscribers will receive all the messages. Currently our information is in the form of video/text and audio and subscribers access it through links from text messages on the chatbot to You Tube or Google Drive. Content is delivered through a menu each week and is divided into 4 sections - Psychology. Healthy Eating, Exercise and Stress management - each week users can choose to accept challenges in one or all - exercise healthy eating and stress management - and at the end of the week they self score thier success. There are two assessments set at the start and end of the 4 weeks and the data must be stored for analysis and reporting. Our aim is to attempt to replicate and enhance the program using technology where we can chat to our users and feed them information sequentially. Ideally we would like to house the content in the one spot to make it easier for users to find it. We don't have the budget to build an app and because our users are typically older it needs to be accessible and easy to use and set up.
