Yes I can help you to integrate Vimeo REST API in your Codeigniter website to upload videos to your vimeo account. I worked on a similar job earlier so have some knowledge on it. You need to have an app created in Vimeo with some basic details which will provide client id and secret & access token. All of these can be found in the Vimeo App configuration page. There is an option called "Enable Upload Access", this should be on to upload the videos in Vimeo. Don't worry about these if you do not have these already, I will do these. The rest can be done either using PHP-cURL or the SDK that vimeo provides for PHP. These are simple REST API calls to the specific endpoints.
