We want to give customer choice to change colors in uniforms and select colors what they like. We will only allow customer to go to 3 steps step 1 Select Style 2. Select Colors for body and neck and arm trim colors 3. slelect fabric. All visitor should be able to do this 3 steps but not all visitor will allowed to Save/Print or email their selected and desingned their uniforms. But our authorised dealers should be able to complete all the step then they login in order to email what they created to their clients, print or save as well in their account to order later and if they decide to order right away they should after login enter sizes for Men, women and youth, enter their complete purchase order by entering all their billing and shipping info which they can save for future use as well, they will be selecting how they want it to ship and pay. We will not be processing credit card payment on our website as we will be charging through our computer program or c/c machine when we ship the order. customer should be able to securely trasmit credit card info. After submitting order it should create all history in customer account and email final sales order to the customer and of course email it to us in may be excel or some other safe formats. In this section we may have from 15-200 uniforms. New dealer will be filling out delaer application and it need to be transmitted to us in excel so we can later export it in Quickbooks. There will be some stock items so we should be able to manage add/delete products by ourself. In stock customer will see 1 uniform picture, available colors, fabric , sizes from s-5x and youth s-xl, and order online same way like descibed above. Some part of the website will be access by all visitors and some part only after login. We its a combination of php and flash using action script or you may figure it out. Need suggestion if we can add some feature such as emailing to customer UPS/DHL/Fedex tracking info and link traking.
