Windows 8 Codec Pack

Looking for someone to deconstruct this codec pack [[login to view URL] a][1]nd rebuild a new installer customized to my own website. There is a full list of the documentation on shark007 to let you know more about the codec pack. This build needs to be for both x32 and x64. The codec pack does not need to be 100% exact, I'm flexible on what you decide to add / remove to a degree, however the codec pack needs work well, and play most any file with win 8 media player.
