Snow Leopard mouse acceleration preference pane

Hi, all. I'm looking for a fix to Mac OS X's mouse acceleration problem (or feature depending on whether you like how it behaves or not). Please see [login to view URL] for detailed info. I'm looking for an app that would add a new preference pane in System Settings that would make the mouse behave exactly as it does on Windows (please see article for detailed info). This means that the app would replicate Windows' mouse acceleration curve. The preference pane itself would just be a checkbox which would read: [ x ] Enable Redmond-style mouse acceleration (or stuff like this). When unchecked the app would revert to default or Mac OS X factory settings. The app should work with Magic Mouse on Snow Leopard/Lion. Installation should be straightforward.
