536789 Building a wordpress site in Hebrew (right to left) - #2

Hi, I need a wordpress specialist programmer to build the following site on a wordpress CMS: The project description: 1. a Wordpress site based on a psd design design. Its in Hebrew (right to left)! 2. Nivo Slider images that can be change through admin + text in div. 3. The color of the site (10 versions - on PSD) should be changeable through admin by me. 4. News (on the left "sidebar") should be editable through admin. 5. contact form should be editable through admin. 6. Better WP security plug-in 7. The following items should be manged from admin: *uploading a logo image that will be placed on the header q side bar (per the design). *header text *contact form header text *cotact form filds *contact form required fields *Other simmilar small thing Also, there should be a color menu that enables to switch colors of the template from the front side like on that site: [login to view URL] (the color menu is on the left side of the header) Please bid only if you are a Wordpress specialist.
