480128 Fix wordpress theme

Hello people, i need some help from an wordpress expert. i had a guy design me my wordpress site [login to view URL] I think the design is ok, but my problem is, that it doesnt really work with wordpress. i cant make new sites, posts or anything. the only way i can update it is with the form on the right. i want to replace the form with the TDO Mini Form plug-in. the sites in the menu arent really sites, theyre "posts", its very confusing. i hope someone can redo the design into a theme that is plug-in, menu and widget ready. thank you!
