WordPress or HTML 5 Guru

I am looking for an expert WEB DEVELOPER to configure our job board using Word Press and job board plugin or to redesign the site using HTML 5. We want you produce 13 high quality HTML 5 responsive pages. The design should be HTML 5 responsive to desktop, mobile and tablet so that the website is up to date with the latest mobile technologies. You will have a proven track record and advance knowledge of WordPress, HTML5, Bootstrap, XHTML, CSS2 & CSS3.
