Zend Framework 2( not 1!) developer needed for minor integration

At Tauros Media we develop lots of apps. This includes apps with Twinfield, the number one bookkeeping software in The Netherlands.I am looking for a party to integratie our existing ZF2 based Twinfield app with WooCommerce Find the requested WooCommerce-Twinfield app project brief attached with this mail. The package also has 3 php files which need to be provided to your developer. How much time do you need to make such a (minor) integration and what are the costs? Please also answer below questions so that we can get a better understanding of whether you understand this project: 1) Explain briefly how orders and refunds are handled in woocommerce and it’s api. 2) Explain how discounts and shipping are represented in the woocommerce api order/refund data 3) Explain what kind of ‘balancing of amounts’ twinfield requires in the transaction data sent to it. When i assign you to do the project I need you to sign an NDA and you will further get access to our app code base. If this minor project goes well a lot more business will follow. Don't reply if you don't have any profound knowledge of Zend Framework 2 and knowledge of WooCommerce. Also we don't need Zend Framework 1 coders.
