Build an Elementor WP website and code an app for iOS & Android

RallyX (a European Rallycross series) has a new graphic profile and now we need to renew our website and produce a new app. To get an idea of what we do, check out our Youtube channel: [login to view URL] The website - [login to view URL]: * Base in Wordpress, site produced with Elementor Pro (pro licence key will be provided). * You will receive mockups and a complete brief for functions and visual execution. * News archive will need to be implemented in new design - though not older news than January 2020. * Three widgets will be produced: 1. Championship Standings, 2. Race Calendar, 3. Driver Profile (see mockups). * Data for championship standings, live timing and results will be delivered by Chronomoto. For an example, look at their website here: [login to view URL] * Full responsiveness through Elementor is required. * All assets will be available in both .SVG and .PNG, as well as credentials for databases, API and Wordpress. The app: * Platform for current production is iOS and Android * Prototype in Adobe XD will be available. * News section will fetch data from [login to view URL] in responsive mode (with Elementor) * Live timing and leaderboard data will be fetched from [login to view URL] * App will have two sections; Spectator Mode and Competitor Mode: * Spectator Mode consists of 4 pages: "Live Timing", "Leaderboard", "Buy Tickets" and "Social Hub". * Competitor Mode will require a login provided by RallyX as first step. * Next is 8 different "standard" pages: "Media", "Social Hub", "Partners", "Tickets", "News", "Documents", "Live Timing" and finally "Leaderboard" * A Settings page where you can manage you account and filter what content you want to see (class wise) Finally, the "App within the App" - the "Message Board" section: Admin: * An online interface will need to be produced, preferably within the [login to view URL] wp-admin. * The Admin will send out notifications with Title, Class selection, Text content and file attachment. * The Admin must have option to send notification to all users, all users within a specified class or a single user. The Notifications: * Sorted by class. * Sorted by Event. * Sorted by time posted (time stamp). * Notifications shown in stack on lock screen. * Saved in an Archive. The User: * A new notification will appear in the app as per usual with apps. * Latest notification will appear on top of the list. * Users can like a notification publicly (everyone sees) * Users can reply to a notification (only admin sees). * Users can choose what notifications to see in a filtration section.
