Improve speed of my website

Hi I created a website and I have some issues with its speed. I am looking for a really cheap solution but very efficient to get a better speed. I already have analyzed the issues that make it slow, but I have no idea how to fix it. How many hours would you need? Which rate will you take? Issues to fix: TOTAL_OBJECTS - Warning!
