Need some help in building "Contact Us" and "Download Product" Plugin in WordPress site

Before I write my requirement: I need somebody who can chat with me online and shows he (she) can really help. I am online most of the day today and weekend. I am new to WordPress and need some help. I like to do following small piece first and then if work is fine I will expand the work. My temporary URL is: [login to view URL] Here are the immediate help I need: How to setup Contact US page and receive email. Look at [login to view URL] I use Ninja Forms but I don’t receive email. I am open to use other Plugin. How to capture user info in Contact Us page. How to setup Download page (not shopping card) to capture user info and redirect to download page. These are very simple work for somebody who knows how to use Plugin in WordPress. If you have done this, it shouldn't take more than an hours work to do it. Once these are done I need to redesign my whole site but that would be the next step.
