Wordpress customization must start today

I need some wordpress expert to customize my existing wordpress website. The work must start today only. 1) Most of the work is css/look/colors/ etc... 2) 2nd imp work is, in the homepage of my blog, under the posts, I need two widgets to be added (side by side). 3) increasing the width of the sidebar widgets removing spaces etc.. 4) Adding a featured post...and some more small changes.. The selected freelance must work using a teamviewer. I will give access to the website admin to change the code, but we will monitor using teamviewer. please bid /hr price. Thanks,
