[Wordpress] Make some css fixes and add some content in 2 languages

Hello freelancers, I have a wordpress where i need some help to finish sime tasks for $50 in 2 days (fulltime). The last freelancer did not finish it. She installed the plugins and prepared some things, and I want you to check and finish what is not done. Most of it is done but we are way out of deadline. TASKS: 1. install correctly on my free server (it is already uploaded you just need to edit wp-options correctly i think) 2. remove some text and make a more dark background for the content and make it match with the logo and the homepage gif 3. make rss functionality appear in the frontpage (plugin is already installed) 4. add a transparent image with links (mapped image) in front of the home-page's gif. The image will include some circle icons which will link to the pages. I will help with that. 5. remove some unwanted sample content 6. add some pages in the menu with some specific content in 2 languages. Content will be provided 7. Add some sample announcements and forum posts copying from a site i will give 8. Add a calendar of the announcements for users I want some serious professional to work online on my free server. A. I attach the initial description of the project, with all the tasks which were needed initially. It also includes information about the menu pages needed (Task 6 above) and the frontpage image needed (Task 4 above) B. I will send you the online link, ftp, wp-admin credentials in chat C.
