WordPress website with WooCommerce & Payment integration

LET ME KNOW TENTATIVE NUMBER OF HOURS FOR THIS PROJECT. I'm looking for WordPress website developer who can develop an e-commerce website for me using Woocommerce plugin. Website should be responsive for all Mobile, Tablet & Desktop screens. The website will be for selling products with variable options. For example:- Suppose the product is T-Shirt. There will be different colors & sizes of a particular design of T-shirts. (T-shirt is just an example, actual product is different. Not sharing info for confidentiality purpose) I will be providing you the following stuff:-> 1) Domain 2) Hosting 3) Purchased WordPress Theme 4) SSL certificate 5) Razorpay payment gateway api 6) All product Images & other details like pricing 7) Other website content like Logo, About Us, Contact info etc. Website Requirements/Functionalities :-> (What I want) Req. 1) There are total 151 products in 10 types of categories with each product having 780 variable options. I.e. "Ironman" style of 1 T-shirt will be having different Sizes, Colors, Material, Gender option etc etc which will create 780 variations/combinations of that single T-shirt. I want you to create website with a "Shop page" having all these items professionally presented where customers can make purchase. Req. 2) To make a payment, I want to integrate Razorpay payment gateway. I already have the payment service API from Razorpay which you have to implement to make actual transaction functional. Req. 3) I want to show my current Instagram product feed on the website. So integration of Instagram into website for live preview of Instagram gallary. Req. 4) I want to have a small collapsible Social Media Sharing button somewhere on the homepage. This Sharing button will be opened when user clicks it & will show different sharing options like Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp etc. By clicking on any social media platform like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, user will be redirected to that app/website for sharing. Req. 5) Whenever user visits my website, I want to show a Pop-up which will ask user to enter their email id. If user closes that pop-up nothing happens. But if user enters their email id, then they should receive a Welcome Email with our website name containing a discount coupon code. One email id should be sent the email/coupon code only once. So in a nutshell, I want to get something like "Subscribe to our newsletter" kind of functionality with Welcome code sent to new subscribers. Req. 6) I want to get email whenever customer places an order. Customer should receive email alerts on palcing/completion/failure of the order. Req. 7) I want to enable WhatsApp chat functionality so there should be a WhatsApp chat button available on homepage which will allow user to directly chat with me on my WhatsApp for their queries. Req. 8) List of pages:- (A):-> "Homepage" which contains- Menu, Logo, Main Slider, Small product slider, Instagram slider with images from my Instagram gallery, Social media sharing button, WhatsApp chat button, Pop-up for email subscription (B):-> "Shop" page with all 151 products. There should be filter for Category, Price & sort by options. (C):-> "About Us" page (D):-> "Contact Us" page (E):-> Woocommerce "My Account" page (F):-> "Wishlist" page (G):-> "Cart" page INFO THAT I WANT FROM YOU:-> 1) PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR BUDGET/QUOTATION. Requirements are already pretty much clear. Try to give your best design & color combinations. Please stay open for some minor changes in product prices & categories.
