FLASH/XML TEMPLATE PROJECT

CD Project Overview Our company is in need of a very talented FLASH/XML designer with a lot of experience preferably a expert to work on a few flash templates. We first wanted to start out with 1 and if all goes well then we will proceed further We will basically create the layout in PSD format however we need the designer to add the many features and affects to the template.
