Template Designer for 360 virtual tours

I am looking for a freelancer to design some AWESOME templates for 360 virtual tours. Requires design skills, ability to edit .xml, icon editing, and can quickly learn the limitations of parameters set up by AutoPano virtual tour software. Things that are more 2012 style...fresh, minimal, nice.... These are mostly for luxury homes, but our company has a young style, so nothing classic and boring. I need someone who understands the times and what fresh styles are in. I need these to be used in Kolor - AutoPanoGiga. Below I have included both the links to the information about building them, and also some links of designs I already like. I have also included the 4 templates that came with the program as well as all the folders that come with the templates. They are specifically as they come standard with the program. I am looking for 3 specific separate templates - One black, One white, and 1 super fresh like some of the links I sent you. They should all have a nice CLEAN style. I would also like to have a few different versions of each...ones with social media share links for facebook, twitter, email, and some kind of [login to view URL] option. This isn't very difficult work for anyone who has designed web pages before. Please make sure you know you can do this. Looking for only young, hip, creative designers with some kind of design work to show. We are a small husband and wife videography team in Japan. Also, if you don't check the files I attached and mention specifically about this project...well, you know it goes. Easy guy to work with. Correspond via skype is a must.
