I want build electronic project its by Atmega 328p + voltage regaletor + oscilator + potintimeter + led To control the intensity of the led by potentimeter . by atmega 328p without arduino board i did the project by my self alone with arduino board . without any problem . but . when i disconnect the atmega 328p from arduino uno . and i put it dirictly on the circuit below . ita not working with me!! i attached my work below . circit and code if any one can help me . to run this project .pls help me Thanx

We have an arduino uno micro controller with a H bridge shield driving a solenoid. I need the core of the solenoid to oscillate at a fast rate in and out, unfortunately my coding experience is fairly limited so I have hit a stumbling block. We have the armature of the solenoid oscillating but require the ability to vary the rate thru small changes in the code. Is this possible ?

Im trying to design a handheld device that would help me diagnose failed components. A quadrature encoder and a SSI linear positioning transducer. I have most of the electrical design done.
