Dit bod zal bestaan uit drie elementen: de prijs die de ondernemer-bezetter per dag wenst te betalen, de geldigheidsperiode van het bod (minimaal 24 uur) alsook de specifieke periode waarin de ondernemer-bezetter het handelspand wenst te betrekken. Wanneer dit bod is geplaatst, zal de handelspandeigenaar hiervan op de hoogte worden gebracht waarop deze twee mogelijkheden heeft.
