I have a recent backup from 4/1/24 on a hard drive attached to my new computer. My previous computer died, the motherboard went out and somehow my SQL Server data was not saved on the original hard drive. I need to pull the data from a ".DATA" file, or find the missing SQL Server backup files and copy them into my existing program for use. Can anyone help?

For every member of the Football Staff who has an email address listed, you need to enter that staff member’s information (School Name, First Name, Last Name, Title, Email Address, Twitter) into the spreadsheet.
