I need a model viewer/converter, attached are some samples of them. There is no documentation on any of the files. We believe they are a modified .3ds but are not sure. Also the viewer needs to be able to play the animation of the models, also to use the according texture. (the textures are normal .dds files) The converting part must be able to properly convert the meshes, bones and all of that stuff. Also the source of the viewer/converter will be expected.

He sent us a sheet of code on which our emulator failed. But as we are not very familiar with coding on RPG we look for someone who can do this for us.
