Hello, I need a survey builder like wufoo developed for me.

We are a mid-sized church that will be beginning to use for all events and Media Department requests. We currently have an event request form on Wufoo, we need to expand it dramatically and incorporate if/then automation with Monday.com. We need to import a points system that has assigned values in a single excel worksheet; the values would need to auto-populate.

I need help on getting my template from wufoo over to weebly. I don’t know what the blank fields mean. I would need someone to take care of this contact info template and also would need someone who can make sure I receive payments from my wix site. I know PaySimple does a good job and I think wufoo offers it.

My client has built a form on Wufoo and they would like to get the design updated. The design on Wufoo can be managed by a custom css and a using a theme kit so if you know CSS, this should be a very straightforward task. Hi. I have a MS Access DB and I need data from a Wufoo form put in the DB automatically. Wufoo uses a restful API. The data can be in JSON or XML. I only want New or Changed data to be imported as it changes. I can grab all data if needed as long as field names and field types dont change as some are long text and numbers. Is this possible? I don't need to change data via Access, only get it.
