In need of quick turn around assistance fixing a flaw with a template we have purchased and are using for a client's new website. The template is a HTML5 single page website, using javascript/jquery/ajax/html/css. The issue is that when the site is displayed in IE9 (as well as IE8) the backgrounds do not load.
