Simple Force Distribution in Plates for Precast Concrete Prestressing Headstock

We are designing a new mould for precast concrete girders. These moulds must withstand large forces due to prestressing strand. The forces act through two big "Cross head" beams sitting horizontally (These will not be modelled). The crossheads sit on two 75mm thick plates of steel to keep forces in the centre of the concrete strut as the cross head deflects. This design includes a fulcrum at the top and there are a number of additional plates to spread the forces before they reach the concrete. I have defined the forces acting on the first large plate. All of the plates are held together by compression (they are not welded or bolted). This finite element model is important to calculate the stresses in the concrete strut to ensure we do not exceed its limitation. We are also interested in stresses of the steel plates and the deflection of the cantilevered plate. I have included a 3D model and photos of a "headstock" to explain the system further.
