BVI Resident Agent

I intend to form a corporation in BVI and I am interested in your services, on an ongoing basis. Initially, I need to file documents with the Registry of Corporate Affairs, therefore if you are familiar with the process, that would be beneficial. Also I will need you to be the resident agent and possibly need a local virtual office address. Depending on the policies of the local banks, I might need help with opening business bank accounts. Your duties should take a few hours, immediately, and after initial setup your duties will be limited to occasional activities, such as communication with the Registry of Corporate Affairs and the local bank(s). The business will be a subsidiary of a franchising company, and will provide real estate support services to independently owned firms worldwide. Please understand that there will be little or no revenue for a few months, however revenues are expected to start flowing after a few months. I am offering the following compensation schedule (US Dollars): ..... $100.00 for registration ..... $100.00 for each bank account opened ..... 1% of all revenue generated by the corporation (paid monthly)
