Responsibilities: • Lead generation - Main focus on New Client Acquisition & Development • Concentration should be on getting Contract Staffing requirements from IT Client • Must have managed Customers independently for Account Management and revenue generation. • Build a serviceable sales pipeline of open positions to meet periodic revenue goals. • Ensure presentation to clients and signing up the clients for contract Staffing services. • Coordinate with other team members to ensure the delivery of assignments in a timely manner. • Operate as knowledge managers for assignments in terms of collating data on industry,organization, competitors, candidates and maintaining database on the same. • Should already have clients in hand to generate business immediately • Excellent communication & presentation skills. • Ability to attract and retain customer • Willing to take risk and plan and achieve individual & company targets • Experience in Background Verification industry would add advantage. • Flexibility to travel • 3+years of overall experience in to Indian Market (Client Acquisition) as a Business Development Manager (BDM) • 3+years successful experience in Indian Contract Staffing Business is a must. • Candidate will demonstrate advanced conversational ability with a naturally positive,likeable demeanor. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people • Enthusiastic and confident communicator with a great phone personality and active listening skills • Ability to problemsolve and address the customer's concerns based on sales objection handling technique • Need to be selfmotivated and consistently perform at a high level.

Have been successful in 25 closures per quarter on staffing with technology companies like Alten, Altran, B&D, Caps Gemini among others. Domains handled are Aerospace, Automotive.
