SLAPassistant (Pat) - Serves as the primary contact and support for the company's clients. Duties and responsibilities include making phone calls to clients (support, onboarding, appointment schedules etc.) , managing calendars , appointment setting, and other client-related activities and administrative tasks. Extensive computer skills, Internet research abilities, Customer Support experience, Basic Sales experience and strong communication (verbal and written) skills are required. You must be a self-starter and can manage under pressure. We are a growing company which means you need to be flexible and can easily adapt to change. Experience in working virtually is a plus. PATs Ideal profile/skills description: - Native english speaking skills - 3 years of experience in customer support (SaaS models ideally) - 2 years of experience in sales related positions - Excellent communication skills - Problem Solving Mindset - Tech savvy - Self-Management - Flexibility to constant change - Experience in working in Online work environments
